Computers and computing is a subject on which I've thought a lot. For some years growing up I thought I would end up in a computer related job; programming perhaps. In year ten I did some work experience in a professional computer consultancy company. I decided I didn't want to be a professional programmer after all. After failing a required course as part of my BComp, I decided I didn't want to have anything to do with hard computer stuff at all!
Most of the computer stuff I do now is web related, and so most of the technical writing on computers is related to web stuff.
